Q. How do I renew my domain?
A. All renewal management is located within your Domain Manager. Login Credentials are required. Once logged in, click on the Manage Renewals from the left navigation menu. You can see all domains which are set to renew or domains which have already expired. Check the boxes to list the domains to be renewed and follow the instructions.
Q. I forgot my login credentials, how can I renew a domain?
A. Follow this link to have your login credentials emailed to you. An email will be send to the administrative contact on your domain record. If your administrative contact email address is invalid, please use the fax method. (opens PDF)
Q. I tried to enter the Manage Domain area to renew my domain, however, I receive an authentication error, why?
A. Check the Whois Database to be certain your domain is registered with WSM Domains.

Q. Do you automatically renew my domain?
A. No, domains do not automatically renew. You will receive an email to billing contact on your domain record at 90/60/30/5/1/-10 day intervals.
Q. My domain is registered with Network Solutions, or another registrar, can I renew with you?
A. YES! .. if you can meet all transfer requirements, and your domain is Active, you can transfer into WSM Domains/TuCows Registrar, for only $9.99. Click the "Change Registrar" icon to proceed.
Q. How many years can I renew?
A. You total domain record can be 10 years, so if your domain expires in 2008, you can renew for 9 years.
Q. How will I be notified when my domain is expired?
A. Expiration notices are e-mailed to the billing contact on your domain record at 90/60/30/5/1/-10 day intervals. It is important you keep this information accurate.
Q. How long does it take to activate a domain once it is expired?
A. Once payment is made your domain will be activated within 24 hours.
Q. How long do you hold a record before it is deleted from the Registry?
A. 32 day grace period after the domain expires. During the grace period, you can still renew the domain, but you cannot transfer it. If you do not renew the domain within the 32 day grace period your domain may be sold at auction and will be sold or deleted from the registry. See the Domain Life Cycle chart.

Q. Do you offer auto-renew?
A. Yes, if you have a valid credit card on file then you can have your domains automatically renew each year. Domains set to auto-renew are renewed 30 days in advance. There are no refunds. If you would like your domains set to auto-renew, please email renewal-help@wsmdomains.com
Q. I am a Hosting.com customer, can you invoice me?
A. Yes, if you are hosting with one of the Hosting.com family of companies then you can have your domain registration or renewal invoiced to you on your next billing statement. Please contact Hosting support.
