How to Contact WSM Domains Billing Support

Q. I just registered a domain and think I was charged twice.
A.
Please send an e-mail to billing@wsmdomains.com with a copy of your receipt.

Q. My transaction timed out and I received a merchant error, what do I do?
A.
Domain Registrations are live, check the domain status to be certain your domain registered. If this is a transfer you should have received a transfer request e-mail within minutes.

Q. What do I do if I accidentally misspell my domain name during the registration process?
A.
If you registered a domain incorrectly and would like to cancel the order, please send an email within 24 hours to billing@wsmdomains.com. We will cancel your order and give you a refund. There is a $5.00 surcharge for any canceled orders.

Q. What methods of payment can I use when registering a domain name?
A. WSM Domains accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

Q. Can I pay with PayPal?
A.
WSM Domains accepts Paypal Payments - log into your paypal account and make a payment to wsmdomains@hosting.com Please include the domain name and a phone number so we can contact you.
