That's Right, We Look Different
Monday, January 23rd we started our Domain and DNS migration to the new system. Everyone with an account in our old system has recently received new login information. Your login account email contains a new password. You are welcome to update your password in the new control panel.
What if I cannot log in?
We're excited talk about our recent changes but if you cannot log into your account, that's most important so please follow these steps:
- You should have received and email from domainsupport@wsmdomains.com
- Please check your spam email just in case
- If you've not recieved any email or notice, you can have your login info sent to you via this link: https://portal-wsmdomains-com.shopco.com/password
- If you ever have a problem loging in via the control panel's Manage Tab you can always select the "Forgot your password or account information?
